DESCRIPTION:
Second half of my 3 hours long psychill set that recorded at MANDALAVISION festival in Japan / 15th September 2013. Since Fes's theme was retro Goa Trance, I mainly picked up tunes that I used to play a lot in 90's - 2005 or so. Also Fes's subtitle was ' Flying Rhino Party ', I choose 2 fabulous chill tunes from Flying Rhino Records at the end of the set.

Supercozi is a Japanese Producer / DJ who keeps pushing the boundaries. She's also half of Psy-Prog Trance / Downtempo unit Zen Lemonade.

After years playing in punk bands and learning not only how to sing but to play guitar, bass, drums and synth, she started producing experimental electronic music with a Mac and Akai sampler in Mid 90's. Around '97 she started DJing ( Techno and Chill ) in clubs and parties and also started organizing a series of Chill-Out / Downtempo events and soon became deeply engaged with the Psychedelic Trance scene in Japan.

After travelled to Burning Man ( U.S.A ) and Melbourne & Byron Bay ( Australia ) for DJ tour in 1999, She moved to UK in 2000 where she formed Psychedelic & Progressive Trance unit " Zen Lemonade" with Gus Till who had been the one of the main producers of early UK trance scene. Their first album " Lemon Soul " was released on Youth's ( bassist of Killing Joke and producer of Primal Scream ,The Orb , etc )'s legendary DragonFly Records in 2002 and instantly gained critical acclaim. Since then she has been releasing many dance / chill out tracks as Zen Lemonade and also Supercozi on many of the world's respected labels such as L.S.D , Interchill , TIP, Flow Records, Organic Records , etc .As a result of this artistic output , Zen Lemonade / Supercozi have played all around the globe including festivals such as Rainbow Serpent , Eclipse Festival ( Australia ), Solstice Music ( Japan ), Samothraki Dance ( Greece ), Fusion (U.S.A ), Utopia ( Portugal ) etc as Dance / Chill act both.

In 2002 she moved to Bali - 'Island Of Gods'- from the UK to set up a new base and In 2005, she founded her own label 'Hypo=Espresso Records' and has been releasing tracks that cross many genres : Trippy Downbeat, Ambient, Glitch-Hop, Dubtronica , Tech-House, Progressive .. : , she's also been collaborating with many respected producers / artists / vocalists such as System7, Ian Ion, Pitch Black, Michele Adamson and MC Reason to explore her kind of leftfield sounds.

While still producing & releasing tracks from her jungly studio, she has been traveling and playing gigs extensively - From Moscow to India, Cambodia, Borneo to Athens , floor-testing new sounds and seeking new sonic horizons.

Her Chill sets are well known for their eclectic, deeply leftfieldic selection - from the most current breed of Glitch, Broken Beats, Dubstep to Psychedelic Trip-Hop, Breaks and Ambient Dub - she will craft a story, a sonic psychedelic voyage with sizzling fat bass and hypnotic, funky grooves and dope textures.

Also her dance sets are known for their hybrid selection - Psychedelic & Progressive Trance, Techno, Tech-House - a diverse selection of tracks with sick solid grooves, psychedelic textures, powerful wobbling bass - all seamlessly thrown into the set to keep the crowd banging .

From Moscow's mega clubs and wild and massive outdoor festivals at Mount Fuji Japan, exclusive clubs in Mumbai, chill-out stages in the sensual forests of Greece to the breezy decks of the beach parties in Bali .. dance or chill, stimulation is guaranteed. Her sets are always be able to rock the dance floor, or stirring the air unexpectedly with her signature genre-crossing mix style full of surprises.
