Amidst the haze of the dawning of a new century they came. Blowing in on the midnight breeze with an air of anticipation and a certain menace. They play at night and scheme during the day no rest for the wicked is their moto and they stick by this. Mysterious and cool always searching for a new way to get their message across this is by far the greatest band the WORLD has ever witnessed dating from humble begginings off the streets of the cold dark red-brick city. Whilst others were busy flocking to the so-called big bands of the day worshipping every move and word they made the 40 THIEVES simply stood back, waiting with a look in their eyes that suggested they were more wise to the scene than others had thought they were.

This is the first chapter in the history and by far means the last.
