2Play first exploded on to the UK garage scene in 1997 as a DJ, playing alongside EZ and Karl 'TuffEnuff' Brown. But just playing records wasn't enough and he soon teamed up with one of the hottest UK two-step producers, Sunship.



2Play is also the man behind the huge club cover of the Kevin Lyttle hit, 'Turn me on'. His debut single 'So Confused' was released Januart 2004 and topped the charts, remaining in the top ten for seven weeks! This earnt 2Play a Mobo for best collaboration. His second single 'It Cant Be Right' jumped straight into the UK Top 10 upon release,and was another big hit.



After two consecutive UK top ten hits, 2Play found himself in hot demand, a raft of top singers and song writers arrived into the camp and work began on the 2Play album. Whilst working on his debut album, 2Play has managed to find the time to write and produce for several other artist, including Maxi Priest, Simon Webbe, Ava Leigh ('Mad About The Boy'), Eylem, Moni & Jah Mirakle.
