With Miss Vicki on the Party Washboard. Mardi Gras Kick-Off at the Blues City Deli on Saturday, January 19, 2012 with the Zydeco Crawdaddys - St. Louis first Zydeco band. They had the place shakin' and the weather couldn't have been nicer - 60 degrees on a mid-winter day. There was a King Cake competition and plenty of music. The band is 'Big Chief' Paul 'PJ' Jarvis on Vocal, Accordion, Trumpet, Trombone, Guitar, Drums & Songs, 'Bayou' Mike Waters- Guitar and Vocal, 'Rascally' Randy Reece- Saxophone, 'Mudbug' Mike Szwedo- Drums and Vocal and 'Hurricane' Jimmie- Electric Bass and Vocal.
