Ziggy Zigford & The Zigsters - She's A Snake - Video
PUBLISHED:  Jul 22, 2012
DESCRIPTION:
This is the Christmas 1966 hit from the Zigsters. A controversial number for the band when Gavin Stoneford (drummer) stole a top secret prototype for the then unreleased Moog synthesizer. Gavin later claimed that he did not steal the synthesizer but merely found it in Woolworth's reduced bucket. This song is often referred to as the song that 'opened the door to Jim Morrison's success'.

The voice over at the start was performed by Victor Pembleton-Smythe. Shakespearian actor and new wave film maker. He was a snake enthusiast holding the worlds first snake themed festival in his back garden 'Snakestock'. He was later arrested in London Gatwick Airport for snake related activities.

FUN FACT: Gordon had a snake in the vocal booth whilst recording this!
