Short Bio

As co-creator of Hollywood, Japan's premiere all mix party, DJ Bento smashes genre classifications to keep the party moving until the morning light. Known for exciting both international and domestic crowds all over Asia and Europe mixing his party rocking blend of hip hop, house, electro, nostalgia and rock, DJ Bentos remains one of Asias busiest DJs with not only his wildly successful parties all over Japan but also as a resident DJ for 55DDSL, Ed Hardy, Red Bull and Puma throughout Asia. DJ Bento brings a true party vibe to any venue with not only a unique selection and intricate mixing skills but also with old school crowd control on the mic to engage the audience and turn the party out.

In the last year, DJ Bento has traveled extensively playing guest DJ engagements at top clubs in Hong Kong, Istanbul, Osaka, New York, Miami, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Kyoto, Kobe, Tokyo and Shanghai. Further, recent engagements have seen DJ Bento performing alongside a diverse group of internationally renowned DJs representing a wide spectrum of sounds including 2 Many DJs (UK), The Bloody Beetroots (Italy), Dexpistols (Roc Trax, Tokyo),DJ Michael Toast (Palms, Las Vegas), DJ Virman (Power 106, Los Angeles), DJ Kango (Roc Trax, Tokyo), Mr. Flash (Ed Banger, Paris), DJ Zhaldee the Chef (Liquor Barrel DJs, San Francisco), Tomoyuki Tanaka of Fantastic Plastic Machine (FPM, Tokyo), Richie Panic (Blow Up/Robot Rock/Frisco Disco, San Francisco), Shinshi Osawa (Kitsune, Tokyo), Mitomi Tokoto (Erotica, Tokyo) and Martin Solvieg.
