As hundreds of revellers enjoyed a night out in a popular nightclub in Kuta Beach, Bali, members of a Malaysian Al-Qaeda cell (Jemaah Islamiah) were preparing to unleash a devastating attack. Dual explosions ripped through the Sari Club, killing more than 200 innocent holidaymakers and maimed many more. The existence of a truly global terrorist network instantly became a terrifying reality.
The film is based on first hand witness accounts, official documents and actual footage of events. Including interviews with survivors and re-enactments of what happened in the nightclubs.
