Alabama Music Office.com goes to the Dick Cooper Party Spring 2016 at Shoals Creek area near Florence, Alabama to attend a performance by Zac Hacker. A Dick Cooper Party is music minded folks getting together to talk music and enjoy the great talent usually on hand.
Zac Hacker has played everything from Honky-Tonks to large-scale venues and concert halls across America. Zac Hacker’s musical influences and heritage run deep within the plains of Muscle Shoals, AL. Having been brought up around a very seasoned and talented musical family, Zac began performing at the tender age of 14 years old. This would lead to his life-long dream of becoming a professional entertainer.

Zac saw his dream shed light when he was selected to participate in the USA Television Network series “Nashville Star” in 2007. Zac went on to get the votes of millions of primetime viewers which catapulted him into the Finals and a spot on the 35 city Nashville Star Tour across the U.S.

Since his success on “Nashville Star”, Zac has relocated to Nashville, TN, and began networking with notable songwriters, such as James LeBlanc (Modern Day Bonnie and Clyde), Billy Lawson (I Left Something Turned on at Home), Brad Crisler (Hillbilly Deluxe, Southern Comfort), Mark Nessler (Just to See You Smile, You Look Good in My Shirt), and many more.

Zac has found a way to mix Country with Soul, Blues, and Rock to form an undeniable sound that he’s proud to call his own. Zac has had the opportunity to share the stage with other entertainers such as Rascal Flatts, Andy Griggs, Hank Williams Jr, Gregg Allman, Sara Evans, Clay Walker, Bucky Covington, Terri Clark, Martina McBride, The Marshall Tucker Band, Little Big Town, Craig Morgan, Sawyer Brown, Alabama, and many more.
