My Name Is Cortez Alexander. I am 21 years Yung. I was Born and Raised

in the hard-core Streets of Southfield (Joking about the streets being

hardcore). I started Music when I was 12 years old on an old PC with a

program called Fruity Loops, and then later introduced the art of making

beats to Gary "XI" Lucy. Even Though he's always had the upper hand over

me as far as music being he's been playing piano since he came out the

Womb, I've always been trying to keep up with or match him. Growing up I

couldn't go a day without listening to Rap Music it was almost like an

Obsession. I listened to everybody from 2pac, Big Pun, The

Fu-Schnickens, Busta Rymes, AZ, and Jay Z. Then Around the 7th Grade I

started to study beats more especially the southern style beats that

came out of the HYPNOTIZE MINDS CAMP (DJ PAUL AND JUICY JAY). I was

amazed on how the BASS was so hard hitting and the MELODY'S would be so

simple, which lead to me growing to love another producer by the name of

TIMBALAND. From that point on instead of studying in school I was

studying their beats every single day. Now that IM much older I have grown as a producer and think IM ready to make this my lifewish me luck
