BIO VEE&JOSH

Vee Syjongtian & Josh Faragher aka Vee&Josh are a HipHop/R&B unit from Melbourne, Australia.

The music they write focusses on real subject matter and is created to drive, inspire, uplift and encourage their listeners. They believe the power in music can change the mood, mindset, environment and speaking a positive message in their songs could evidently bring the listener out of a negative circumstance.

Vee is the rapper of the duo and has been active in the local hip hop scene since his teen years. An operations manager, gospel rapper, youth leader, husband, Christian and lover of Jesus. Today, he finds himself busy and happily filling all these roles, but only 5 years ago he was experiencing the lowest and darkest point of his life. He gives all the glory to Christ above, who pulled him out of darkness and pointed him to the eternal light and gave his life new hope and new meaning. Vee’s music is a testimony to what God has done in his life and he’s not afraid to tell you about it, his story points all the glory to Jesus Christ. He is a passionate about Christian rap music and looks forward to sharing his story with you.

Josh Faragher is a gifted singer. He is self trained and has an amazing vocal range. Very influenced by R&B greats at a young age it is evident in his soulful tones. A husband, youth leader, sound engineer, bass player and worship leader at his local church Josh has such a heart to serve his community.

Their debut album, due to release very soon was worked on by some of australia's most talented producers.
90% of all proceeds made from electronic downloads and hard copy sales will go to fund education for kids in third world countries. Rather than the popularity and fame that comes with the business Vee & Josh are in the industry but to help with awareness of poverty, human trafficking and homelessness. They want to be in a position to be able to provide great sounding music to all music fans which in turn, these fans can also make a difference by changing unfortunate circumstances and situations in the world.

Recently they have toured with REGIME (NYC), Reggie Dabbs (U.S), Youth Alive (AUS) and will be supporting Andy Mineo, Tedashii & DJ Promote on their Australian/New Zealand tour early 2015.
