January 21th 1986 a true lyricist was born. "The Chosen One" better known as Young S.DUB A/K/A, The New Face of The South. Based in North Carolina S.DUB has made a name for himself simply by being himself. Not with gimmicky, quirky facades, not with hype and hoaxes. He has earned the respect of his fans and his peers because he is a man who reveals himself ,and holds it down for the streets even, sometimes, in the face of adversity.

To say that he laid his own groundwork is a major understatement. He's been rapping since age 12, got serious about recording at 16 and released one Indie album at 17. He generated a powerful underground buzz with the (The TakeOver), He increased his growing street credibility with a number of performances , including Power 98 Summer Jam. Charlotte,NC 2005 FAM-U Home Coming 2005, Bike Rally Performing @every HipHop spot in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. Winning multiple battles and prevailing over hundreds of extras to get the leading role in author Omar Tyree’s Hip Hop Casting ." With the growing success of "Can’t do what we do," he dramatically clinched his reputation as one of North Carolina's most electrifying young rappers.

As the focus changed from Recording everyday (due to some haters breaking in the studio) to shopping for a deal. One week later we were on the road to see Swizz Beats in NYC. I recieved a phone call from a friend of Tony Austin (President of RSMG/DefJam) We gave her a CD to send to him 2 weeks prior in exchange My manager Moe produced a track for her and agreed to record her artist. We set up a meeting before the meeting with Swizz and the Rest is history. Young S Dub/RSMG/Def Jam
