The congregation of St. James Lutheran Church in Harper, TX, together with the 6 other churches in the Harper community and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans raised a total of $4510.75. This makes the small town of Harper, TX (Population of 1100) responsible for the single largest fundraiser to date for Dreams Fulfilled Through Music.
