邦題＝「インド探検・タミル賛歌」
The Tamil of south India is one of the oldest linguistic systems in the world approved since B.C..
This tune is campaign tune of World Classical Tamil Conference held in June, 2010,
and the composition is great musician A.R.Rahman.
Because writing songs multiuses the archaic word by the one by present Tamilian state Prime Minister,
it seems to be difficult Tamil as young people of the wind do not understand now.
The meaning of [Sem] is ancient times. The meaning of [Mozhi] is a language.

南インドのタミル語は、紀元前から成立した豊かな文学作品を有する世界で最も古い言語体系のひとつです。
この曲は、2010年６月に開催されたWorld Classical Tamil Conferenceのキャンペーン曲で、作曲は偉大な音楽家A.R. Rahman。
作詞は、現タミル州首相によるもので、詩や古語を多用しているので、今風の若者たちには理解できないくらい難解なタミル語だそうです。
[Sem]とは、古代・古＝いにしえの意。[Mozhi]とは、言語・コトバの意。
タミルをテーマにしたインド探検スケッチ画とともにお楽しみ下さい。

追記：日本語のタミル語起源説を唱えた国語学の大家＝大野晋氏になぞらえて、
僕なりに日本語の語感で表現すると、
[Sem＝セム]は、先生・先達・先祖の「先」。
[Mozhi＝モリ]は、宣り給う・祝詞・法面などの「ノリ」などと解してみると面白いかも。
