Minister Of Noise [AKA Sir Freddy Viadukt] ...His disruptive majesty and dub sorcerer has been astounding us with his very own brand of dub disease for a very long time. Extreme in his approach, coming in from an angle you didn't know existed, blind to compromise yet with heaven in his eyes, he wipes the floor with all forms of purism. A psycho dub monster the minister with 3+ decades of music making and producing, Sir Freddie has never stopped moving into the future.

The Minister of Noise/Sir Freddy is an alter ego of Gerry Kenny... He started his musical career as one half of a post-punk/dub duo from Earlestown, Merseyside, UK, together with brenda ray (a.k.a. Brenda Kenny, Polly Rithm). Between 1979 and 1985 the duo released records and cassettes under various names: Naafi Sandwich, The Naffis, Naffi, Naffi-Locksman and Brenda and The Beach Balls.

As "Sir Freddy Viadukt", Gerry Kenny went on to do various production work in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The Minister of Noise released 4 albums between 1990 and 1993, mixing industrial and Dub.
