This game, in my opinion, is super underrated. If you're a fan of games like Ace Attorney and other puzzle games, definitely give Ghost Trick a try. I was gifted a copy of Ghost Trick by a friend of mine for last Christmas, and I fell in love with the plot and characters. It's a bit slow at the start, admittedly, but really picks up and becomes a great game later on! The music is fantastic, too, very reminiscent of some of the more upbeat Ace Attorney themes and the Megaman Battle Network Music (all Capcom titles!)

When I started arranging this tune, I was going for the idea of "acoustic electro-swing" (which is sort of an oxymoron). I wanted something that had as much groove and punch as a fully produced electro-swing track, but without the 808 drums or the synth leads. I applied a lot of mixing techniques from electro-swing reference tracks (provided to me by my awesome friend Nick Smith, thanks for your help!), which really helped make this track groove as much as it does. I've never had the kick drum stand out SO much in one of my arrangements before, but I think it really works well here!
