Breaking into a shimmering and energetic melody, and complete with a lyrical section in Lydian mode, Eternal Majesty is a tour de force. Instrumentation and range are written for the middle school level, but some challenging work in Eb Major make this piece ideal for an honors band or a 7-12th grade ensemble.
