"Away" is one of my saddest songs. I made this song few years ago when many of my friends were leaving to New York. I met Mikey Dreadful aka DJ Lacuna of Bend, Oregon and somehow he understood the song without me explaining it.

I think the video captured both the isolation and curiosity that occurs when traveling or moving away. Every set of lights, signs, people seem like precious works of art beckoning for their rightful recognition.
