Neil Young blasting out "Welfare Mothers". I never expected to hear this tune from Rust Never Sleeps, it sure did bring back a flood of memories from my high school years. This was filmed at the Outlaw Music Festival at Montage Mountain Pavilion, Scranton PA. The festival was held on Sept 18, 2016. The other big hitters were Cheryl Crow and Willie Nelson
