Here's the story: In high school, we were originally called The Abortions. Nobody would book us under that name, so we started using the (equally offensive, possibly more so) name Rusted Coat Hanger. We played a gig at a lock-in at the Valley Youth Center (West Duluth) in early 2006 with Wormsley Common Gang and Some Peoples' Kids They actually put "Rusted Coat Hanger" on the flyer, which was possibly the most punk rock thing that has ever happened. We introduced ourselves to the kids as "The Microwaves." Almost a decade later, footage of this show surfaced, and here is the re-upload for your viewing (dis)pleasure.
