Emile Strunz was born across the dancefloors of Spain, Germany and London, amidst the dry ice and strobes at many a Front 242 and Nitzer Ebb gig. Exposure to the UK's club scene over a 20-year period has seen Emile contribute to Mixmag and write for the Cream clubbing empire.

A sound has slowly develop and christened 'North Sea Body Music' comprising of driving controlled electronic sequences, tribal rhythms, and robotic chanting. His debut single, 'Shields', released on Andy Blake's World Unknown label in 2012 was an immediate introduction to his hard, heavy and hypnotic electronic sound. This has been followed up by releases on Porn Wax, Flight Recorder and Rothmans. For Join Our Club he continues his sonic quest and journey into the night with 2 precise slabs of dancefloor-driven synth-heavy lo-slung hypnotica for Balearic Beat Boys (and Girls).
