Washboard had to start earlier than planned because the other act (Hayes Carll & The Lazy Eyes) were late. This video shows off Hank at his finest on the Strad-a-various Washboard. The Waypoint Center is the train station in Bellows Falls Vermont, adjacent to the Farmer's Market. In the 3 years that I attended (missed this year) the Fred Eaglesmith Roots on the River weekends, these shows have always been special. Probably because it's only Friday afternoon and I haven't had enough time to go into renal shutdown yet at that point in the weekend.
