Riding in the combine with Mike Anhalt from Canby, MN, I had no idea what went into a harvest operation. Fascinated, I wanted to tell the story of this "little piece of the operation", helping us to understand how the food gets to our table. From combine to grain cart to semi truck to the elevator in Madison, Minnesota.
