Sung in the Menominee Language. A language that is endangered with less than 10 original speakers left.
Wade (Wiciwen Apis-Mahwaew) is an enrolled member of the Menominee Nation, grew up on the reservation, and currently resides there with his family.
The Menominee Nation are native to the territory now called Wisconsin (and it's surrounding area) in the USA. Our ancestors date back 12,000-16,000 years to this place.
