Violate is a metal band from Croatia. Their music is best described as modern groove/thrash metal with subtle influences from various genres (Grunge, punk.etc.)
Formed in 2008., they quickly finished 5 songs and by Christmas that year, the recording of the 5-track EP "Sick Addiction" was done.
Unfortunately, 2010. saw the band playing it's last show for the next 3 years, due to the then-drummer leaving, causing tension within the members.

Dario Bulatović (vocals,guitar) and Matej Hoyt (bass guitar, vocals), the only remaining members, decided to record 9 finished songs in the form of an album, with Alen Frljak(Inciter) performing drum duties.
Finally, in early 2013., they met with Igor Markić (drums) and later Darko Dimovski (guitar, vocals), completing the album and the line-up.
First video was shot for the single "Burn the memory" and was very well received.

The album "Burn the memory" is released in December 2013. on Geenger records, and the band played it's first show after 3 years, becoming a unit once again.
They are eager to play live, to tear their heads off for the fans and rocking out where they belong.. On stage..
