Kinnaird Bagpipes recently held a video contest in which the top prize was a $500 Gift Certificate for Kinnaird Bagpipes & Reeds. This was one of our entries.

"Just a few tunes played while seated at the bar of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 907 in Portland, OR. The ice machine and fans are super noisy, but my new Kinnaird Evolution drone reeds have the volume and the steadiness to keep my pipes firmly rooted in Tone City. With other drone reeds that aren't as robust and steady, I have to play upstairs, which in the current heat wave is about 15 degrees Fahrenheit hotter! The tunes are Bulgarian Bandit, Ian Green of Greentrax, The Handshaker, The Three Dollar Heist (my own composition), and a rip-roarin' two parter that for the life of me I can't remember the name of.
