DESCRIPTION:
My first Thyrfing cover, this one's from their "Hels vite" album. I just think Thyrfing has very good songwriting overall and this album is no exception. This is my first video with my new Celestion V30 speaker and ESP LTD B414-SM bass guitar. Also the first cover using double-tracked guitars. Everything was recorded in one go.

Drums were recorded October 10 2012 using a Shure SM57 through an E-MU 0404 USB 2.0 audio interface.
Guitars were recorded February 6 2013 using said mic (angled 45 degrees, 7 cm from the bottom speaker) and interface.
Bass guitars were recorded February 5 using the same mic (straight onto the amp) and interface.
Vocals were performed by Kalyptiq and recorded during the autumn of 2012 using the same mic and interface.
VST instruments were programmed during the autumn of 2012 in Cubase 6 64-bit (Halion).

Recorded using a Sony HX100V. Edited using Cubase 6 and Sony Vegas Pro 12.0 x64 and rendered as a 1920x1080 30p MP4 video using 1:1 pixel ratio, 2 reference frames, "High", 10Mbps CBR, CPU-encoded, with 48 kHz and 320kbps audio.

Drums: Peace, with one Paiste Alpha 16" rock crash (right) and one Sabian B8 16" rock crash (left). The hi-hat was a Paiste PST-3. The pedals were from East. The snare was a Pearl SS1455S/C.

Guitar: Jackson Warrior WRMG (with EMG 81/85)
Amplifier: Peavey 6505+ and an Ashdown Peacemaker 412A cabinet with Celestion G12E-50 speakers (one of them, the speaker used, is a Celestion V30).
