DESCRIPTION:
Kate wrote us this amazing song for our wedding, in addition to pretty much coordinating the whole thing. We loved the performance, and luckily someone got most of it on tape.

What Kate confessed to later on is that she was so wrapped up in the organization of having this at Earth House that she realized a few hours before the ceremony that she forgot to write the song! She went and hid away at the piano for a few, and from that pressure emerged this gem.

It turned out so beautiful that she included it on her incredible debut solo album After the Traffic. To get the feel just right, she and Vess Ruhtenberg recorded it at Earth House in the same room as the ceremony. There were cars going by in the background, so they had to time the recording just right, hence the album name After the Traffic.
