Not much is known about Understanding other than the following:



1] He confesses Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior.



2] He has a problem when certain Christian hip-hop fans claim he doesn't sound "Christian" enough or when non-Christian rappers claim he needs 2 leave all that positive, spiritual nonsense alone and "Keep It Real."



3] Though sometimes feeling as if though he's walking a tight rope between The Sacred and The Secular . he loves hip-hop with a passion.



4] He's been putting in work at this 4 a while now with a bit of an unexplained hiatus in-between what he dismissively refers 2 as "then" and "now".
