DESCRIPTION:
Two of several night-time reports in Cincinnati during the riots of April, 2001. Protestors took to the streets after Timothy Thomas was shot & killed by police during a foot chase. He was unarmed, and the 13th Black man killed during a very heated time. Looting, a curfew, the Nat'l Guard called in, more shootings, arrests led to sweeping changes in city policy.
