Yellow Light Maybe is a band. The group has been writing rock songs for four years. They enjoy cocktails with friends. They've done that for even longer. The band likes to travel and play their honest brand of rock music for whoever will listen. These blue collar boys enjoy having fun and invite you to come along for the ride.

After self-releasing two EPs: Three Story in 2006 and Carry On in 2008, YLM moved the party to Columbus, OH and crossed paths with engineer/producer Mike Folker. They soon began working on a new release at Rokcity Studios. Additional engineering and mastering was completed by Jon Fintel at Relay Recording in Columbus. The result was their third EP, More of the World. Released in February of 2010 on the Secret Songs Record label in Columbus, the EP was celebrated at their release show before a crowd of 400+ people at the A&R Bar in Columbus.

The seven-song alternative rock gem features the lyrical genius of singer/rhythm guitarist, Brian Day, as well as soaring (and occasionally at times haunting) guitar work from lead guitarist, Ken Lutze. To get your foot tapping and your fist pumping, drummer, PJ Schreiner and bassist, Casey Lehman, maintain a tight rhythmic rumble underneath these catchy tunes. At times this EP gets serious. Other times it just gets fun. You might even find yourself singing at the top of your lungs while reliving those white-knuckled 3am car rides home after a party with friends. Who knows where this music will take you, but the guys of Yellow Light Maybe will guarantee it'll be somewhere exciting.

The band has been fortunate to travel and play many great venues in every major city in the great state of Ohio, as well as in such cities as New York, Pittsburgh PA, Indianapolis IN, Charlotte NC, Philadelphia PA and Charleston WV.

Yellow Light Maybe has been honored to share the stage with many fine national acts, including Spacehog (New York - Sire/Artemis), Crash Kings (Los Angeles, CA - Custard/Universal Motown), Ingram Hill (Memphis, TN - Hollywood Records/Traveler Records), Trevor Hall (Los Angeles, CA - Vanguard Records), Still Flyin' (San Francisco, CA - Antenna Farm Records) and Red Wanting Blue (Columbus, OH - Fanatic Records).

2008's Carry On EP and 2010's More of the World EP are both available for purchase on iTunes.
