DESCRIPTION:
'Truck Turner' (also known as 'Black Bullet') is a 1974 Blaxploitation film, starring Isaac Hayes and Yaphet Kotto, and directed by Jonathan Kaplan. Isaac Hayes also composed the music for the soundtrack. The film was released by American International Pictures as a double feature with 'Foxy Brown'.

The score by Isaac Hayes is regarded as one of his best but the soundtrack never managed to reach the mass popularity of the Oscar winning 'Shaft' soundtrack, mainly due to the financial decline of Stax Records and lack of promotion. Some of the music cues were used by filmmaker Quentin Tarantino in his 'Kill Bill' films.
