Garage music is fast becoming one of the most influential genres of music the UK has ever seen. It brings together the passion and creativity of rap and combining it with the energy of other music forms such as drum’n’bass /funky house with an element of street. Triple O is an innovative and passionate music minister breaking through the United Kingdom’s rapidly emerging gospel scene. For those new to the ministry, Triple is a lyrical evangelist who forms one third of the gospel Unit ‘Gifted Tongues’, which also comprises of two other music ministers; Genesis and E’man. His aim is to boldly elevate the name of Jesus Christ whilst taking the gospel to the street in a relevant and edifying way.

Bursting onto the scene in 2005 and hailing from the east-ends of London, the notorious home of ‘Grime’ Music, Triple purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself by conforming to the ways of the world, and decided to use his gifts not only to glorify God, but also draw souls into the kingdom of God through what he calls ‘Lyrical Evangelism’

In 2008 he formed ‘Double Portion Music’ which is a ministry/record label primarily focused on the development of up and coming UK gospel artists as well as the propagation of the gospel through other mediums. His ministry has been strongly supported by his church ‘Divine Restoration Mission’ in Dagenham, East London.

Triple has taken to stages such as the Oceans arena in Hackney, the Clapham grand and a live recording at Revelation TV’s RMusic; He as also ministered at some of London’s most vibrant churches which include; KICC, Ruach Ministries, Glory House and Jesus House to name but a few, and some of the UK’s most prominent cities. Triple truly aims to accurately communicate God’s heart to a culture without compromising the message of the Cross.

Triple O has already collaborated and shared stages with artists such as Sonnie Badu, Dwayne Tryumf, Jahaziel, Guvna B, Roger Samuels, and 2007 Gospel MOBO Award winners G-Force. He also featured on the 2007 underground smash ‘Bibles Bibles’ which went on to get heavy rotation on Channel U. Triple O has also toured with award winning American Rap artist ‘Lecrae’ and secular grime MC’s Chipmunk, Bashy and Ghetto, whilst receiving airplay from stations such as Choice FM, Premier Radio and BBC 1Xtra.

He also received rave reviews in the Gospel Link Magazine, UKGOSPEL.COM and many other respected distributors for his debut single ‘G2G – Grime to Gospel’, the first single from his debut album ‘The Heart of Redemption’. The single was released in April 2008 and is still available at all leading UK outlets.
