'Summer In September' started off life as a downtempo vocal track and has now been given the dancefloor treatment by Illusive to make this a well rounded package not to be missed. The main mix has a mellow, soulful feel with rhodes chords and the distinctive piano melody from the original providing the foundation for Keely's unique vocal performance. The Club Mix on the other hand is a moody dancefloor destroyer with electro styled bass, big piano chords and chunky synth strings. Finally there's the blissful original mix. This is a downtempo number built on an extremely funky bassline and big brass stabs. It's something a little different from the norm and has charmed pretty much anyone who's heard it so we're delighted to have it on the label.
