Hace unos años, aquí en Valencia es costumbre en los meses de invierno la llegada de circos ambulantes. En uno de ellos conocí a un hombre que trabajaba como contorsionista. Me explicó su trabajo, y como aplicaba el contorsionismo a su vida personal: doblaba los problemas hasta hacerlos positivos. Me gustó su filosofía y le escribí esta canción..

Here in Valencia (Spain) during the winter months we get visits from Traveling Circuses. One year, after seeing a show, I met a man who worked in the circus as a Contortionist. He explained to me about his profession and how he also managed to apply the Art of Contortionism to his personal, day to day life: twisting and bending problems around, so enabling him to see them from a more positive point of view. I liked his way of thinking so much, I wrote this song...
