If you ´re anything like me no doubt when you were a teenager lying there on the sofa just thinking about your next night out or where you´d get the money for beer and fags or that pair of jeans or 12" single you wanted, your folks would have said something like "don´t waste your time coz your life will be gone before you know it" and probably most of you or at least a lot of you will have replied like I did. "Don´t worry, I´m young, there´s plenty of time."
Well, seems like I said that yesterday although nine football World Cups have passed since I did and now when I look in the mirror I see someone I don´t really recognize. I mean is that me looking back at myself? I suppose it must be but it doesn't feel like.
