Totally Insane are from East Palo Alto, California, They are Mac-10 / Ten Dolla (Phillip Allen) and Ad- Kapone (Adam Hicks). They debuted in 1991 with Direct From The Backstreet on In-A-Minute Records. In 1993 they returned with Goin Insane. In 1995 they released Backstreet Life. They released the self titled Totally Insane in 1998 featuring Chunk, Levitti and others. In 2001 Totally Insane released Da Game Of Life. totally Insane has launched a independent label T.I.E.
