This song came together as I was trying to meet a time line and I was only thinking about the elements (gains and losses) of money when I was moving through this phase. I also was trying to get a feel of DIP SET West as I affiliated with them on this musical venture. I guess this is my unsung WEST COAST "Ballin" record for when I wrote it.
I also shout out STEVIE BLACK LOCKETT a former boss of mine who stole money from me video related (Can't Understand feat Ravon Jones)! When I wrote the first verse we was cool and by the time I completed this song, I was trying to get my money back.. LOL.. When I see him he gonna have to speak on it.. LOL.. also If you saw someone throw away a penny to the street what you do?

If I were to ever to do a comedic bit to this song it would be "GIMME DEM SNACKS"... lol, it probably would make more "stacks" than this original.
