DESCRIPTION:
A LOT of guitars on stage that night, with myself on lap and pedal steel guitar, and Mark Emerick (from Commander Cody) sitting in as well. A few firsts for me on that gig...we did "Searchin' for a Rainbow" that night, as well as an ambush version of "Statesboro Blues" - wasn't expecting either one of those. Also, my daughter and a couple of her friends were in town (only some 11 hours from home or so), and came by the gig to see dad sittin' in with the boys. Met some new friends that night and the band was hittin' the note...it was a good day.
