Tragic Earth is a 4-piece hard rock act with a sound which takes in elements of grunge, metal and stadium rock with big riffs and choruses, fused with floating vocal melodies and delivered with a blistering live show. The band believes in a message of hope and perseverance, dealing with problems faced in modern day society, using lyrics and emotion as an unlikely light in a familiar darkness common to many individuals.

Since debuting on the live scene in October of 2014, the band has toured regionally and interstate, notching up 70+ shows in their first year of existence, including a spot on the ‘French Fest’ three day New Years Eve Festival held on French Island, Bendigo’s Music Slam four day Festival, Roadie Awards 2015 and Adelaide’s LOUD Festival.

Tragic Earth released their debut self-titled EP in April 2015, along with three singles and two music videos, receiving a substantial amount of airplay both locally and overseas while fast establishing the band as a genuine creative endeavor and touring act.

In June 2016 the band released their debut album ‘Hatred and Tolerance,’ recorded at Lighthill Studios with producer Shane Rae and featuring artwork by award winning photographer Cyndi Briggs. The album features 13 new tracks and saw Tragic Earth embark on its first major tour, taking in 23 dates around Australia and Malaysia, elevating the band further with their first run of international dates before reaching the milestone of their 2nd birthday on the live circuit.
