This was the first of a few songs that Tim Carbone, of Railroad Earth, performed with Yonder Mountain String Band. At the beginning of the clip, Jeff's thanking Jerry Garcia for the sunset.

After "New Speedway" Jeff sings some of "And We Bid You Good Night" and then the band moves into "Traffic Jam." I caught the first couple of verses of that in this video as well.
