DESCRIPTION:
I was born and raised in Ireland but I'm a resident of Canada. I love this country. My blood is Irish but my heart and soul is Canadian. After we all witnessed the tragic events of the young soldier being killed while standing on guard at the war monument it really affected me as well as the country. I sat down with my guitar, which I hadn't done in a long time and began to write this song. I call it "Our Fallen Hero". This was just a coping mechanism for me and hopefully it will show how strong and free and beautiful the people of Ottawa and Canada really are.
