DESCRIPTION:
In the mid 90's I was asked to play with a group of guys, and gal in a Hard Rock Band. The way things go we lost the singer and drummer (they were married) picked up a new singer and a new drummer and then picked a name; Threshing Sledge. We became pretty good friends, played every weekend (all the local coffee houses in KC), made an album, had the chance to be a signed band; which we chose not to do. We disbanded and went our own ways after that. I haven't spoken to the guys in a lot of years. But here is one song from our album called She. If I remember right Dave and Chuck had written the music, then when Jamie came along, he put words to it. We did a lot harder rock songs than this. But this one, we wrote as the new and then last band from that group of people. I wouldn't mind seeing the guys again. I was about 21, Jamie was 19, Chuck was 30+ maybe 40, Dave 30 something, and Jeff 30 something, I think. Funny how things go? So 15 years later I wonder where they are now?
