DESCRIPTION:
I'm driving down Harwich road in Colchester, when as I approach the junction with greenstead road ,I am confronted by a car coming in the opposite direction, on my side of the road,totally oblivious to his driving apparently,and then tries to turn into another junction again on the wrong side of the road, nearly hitting another car coming to the junction in the right direction.
