DESCRIPTION:
Vancouver's Silverlode - Geoff Gibbons and Ken Kirschner, had a number of Canadian radio hits in the early 1980's in the light pop/rock vein a la Seals and Crofts, Ambrosia, and Christopher Cross.
Sky High (produced by Doug Edwards (Skylark, Chilliwack) was their first release and it achieved national radio play.
The band shared stages with The Little River Band, Leo Sayer, and Emmy Lou Harris to name a few.
The group disbanded in 1986.
