Whoa he's been fully LugiaDialgafied and uploads short things now! Yes, this just happens to be another shortish arrangement, but I hope you like it nonetheless. Hugh is a wierd dude, and the person who wrote his script in BW2 should get a raise, because if that blue-haired-fella didn't have some terribly-awkward one-liners, I'm a Miltank Farmer named Whitney. He may be wierd, and he may try a bit too hard to prove his badassery, but this song is enough to make him one of my favourite rivals to date. This song, to put it simply, is badass.
