The "custom" channel on the '68 shares the reverb and Vibrato effects unlike the "Normal" channel on the '65 Deluxe Reverb and we think it sounds nicer as well due to the Bassman tone stack.

We recorded this with Rode M3 Condenser microphones on the amplifier and one small mic further back in the room for a light amount of room ambiance which is down in the mix.
