DESCRIPTION:
The Reggae Cowboys are Stone Ranger, Algernon Rabess, Keith Evanson and Alex Larocque - primarily from Dominica, British West Indies, and now based in Toronto, Canada. They play a mix of Western cowboy music with a reggae slant.

The Skipperdome is a funky bar in north Tampa with great food and a sandy dance floor.

This video was aired as part of "Video Cafe No. 42" community access television show in June 2003.

Bright House Community Access was channel 96 out of Clearwater Florida and reached about 250,000 homes. Cable Access was killed by the Pinellas County Commissioners in 2007 supposedly to satisfy budget cuts.
