The Peepshows were a Swedish punk rock band, formed in Örebro 1996 . The band released five albums and several singles in 1997-2003, including the Swedish label Burning Heart Records . The band existed until 2009, when it was put on hold after the band's drummer Johan Sandstrom died in an accident. In 2011 the band reunited for a few gigs.

Bio: The Peepshows was formed in Örebro 1996. The following year the band released their debut works, 7 "-single Longstocking Babe at the record company SpeedDemon 1,000. Debut was followed by another single release, 1998 Puffball Vs. The Peepshows (split single with Puff Ball ) and The Peepshows / Rock-n-Roll Terrorists (split single with Rock -n-Roll Terrorists). 1,999 published EP album Right About Now and single Go to Hell / Thy Will.

The debut album Mondo Deluxe was published in 2000 on Burning Heart Records. That same year released EP album Meet the Peepshows and single Genius. The following year, in 2001 , the band released two albums: Today We Kill ... Tomorrow We Die and Surrender to the Peepshows . The single Surrender My Love was also released before the year was over.

After a few years of absence of releases appeared band with two albums in 2003 : Refuge for dough Rates and Peepshows . The latter was released on vinyl by German label Stereo Drive! Records. The band came after that to become increasingly inactive, although it formally existed. 2,009 perished drummer Johan Sandstrom in an accident, whereupon the band was put on hold.

In 2011 the band reunited for a few gigs. The first gig took place at the festival Metallsvenskan . The deceased drummer Sandstrom had been replaced by Andreas von Sydow.
