This project, along with "Mother's Rising Suns" marks the return to the world of sonics and instrumentation for HRU Yuya T. Assaan-ANU. "Know Yu" is a music project that provides the musical syncopation for the lessons taught at the Sadulu House spiritual institution.

To know yourself and ultimately your life purpose is the central aim for many on the path of self actualization. This project speaks to this aspiration directly and puts the listener at the center of the melodic experience.
"This project is a prototypical "fill in the blank" series of experiences for the audience. If one can grab hold of the concepts presented they'll grow immensely just by listening, vibing, swaying, and grooving to the music."

"Know Yu" is a project that is being constructed based on follower feedback. Yuya has decided to craft the song series based on need and desire that his students and appreciators express.
