Hydra Melody

Hydra Melody is a six piece rock band from San Antonio, Texas. They have been compared to Kings of Leon but with more of a Latin vibe. Their live show is a must see experience. You cannot help but let your eyes wander when they play. The band has strong Latin and jazz influence which really puts them in their own genre away from any other band. Their music has so much energy going on at once: amazing vocals, mathematical drum grooves, accented by the Latin conga, keyboards you can dance to, all topped with vocals and guitar to create one massive Hydra Melody!



They have recorded two EP disc in the last 2 years by Grammy nominated producer Mack Damon at Hollywood Studios in San Antonio, TX. The first was released in the Spring of 2008 titled "Day of the Dukes" consisting of 6 songs. The second one was released in the Sring of 2009 titled "Maybe One Day" consisting of 3 songs.



Hydra Melody has shared the stage over the years with some great bands such as Blink 182, Chiodos, The Toadies, Tito and Tarantula, and have played dates on the Vans Warped Tour several times.
